For the second time in a month, there was a “glitch” with our furnace and it stopped working! In panic mode, facing the first hard frost tonight with maybe no heat, we called secco!! Less than 3 hours later Nelson arrived and now the problem is fixed and we’re warm!!

As always the service was excellent from Secco. However If I knew the electrical company I called was Secco I would not have had you do the work. Your prices are known not only to me but everybody to be extremely high as much as 25% to 30% .
Cory was outstanding. Knew exactly what the problem and fixed it quickly.

This is the first time we had Trey and Ray. They were wonderful. Very thorough. Very polite! Answered my questions and did not speak to me in a condescending way, since I was a female. Such as another technician had when he serviced our air conditioning unit.
